Orders are shipped when payment is received. You don’t need an account with PayPal to purchase our products on their secure website.
Shipping You pay actual shipping cost plus $3.50 for orders of up to $150. Orders totaling more than $150 pay actual shipping cost only.

Returns– Because our luxury care products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, some variation in appearance is to be expected. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call 503.875.2878 to make arrangements to return items for a full refund of product price. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with return and original purchase.
If product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 503.875.2878. We will credit returns of unused products only. All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt; credits are issued in the form of a check.
